Henry James Hermin is a 10 year old boy, conceived in a petri dish, and raised by his loving, left-wing feminist mother who, after a lifetime taking care of a family of men, dedicates her life and political beliefs to her son — the one man she truly loves. Henry proceeds to follow a trail of post-it notes around town in the hope of tracking down his biological father. Dr. O'Hara is a Professor and author whose guilt and unhappiness may be abated with the newfound knowledge that he has a son. This story is based on Dennis Lee's award winning short film from 2003. A ten year-old boy-genius, who was artificially conceived inside a Petri-dish, embarks on a search for his biological father with his single mom and a Post-it notes-obsessed university professor.
