剧情介绍
3個人妖立志向上，來到鄉間經營民宿，希望能夠發大財成大業，卻在一件意外事件後，搞得民宿陰魂慘慘，生意一落千丈。
原本喜氣洋洋的3人，意外發現了兩具屍體，一具是當地有名的美女，但慘死民宿附近，另一具是住客小胖妹，在美女慘死後，也神秘的在民宿內暴斃；為了生意著想，3個人妖房東於是合力將屍體就地掩埋。
沒想到，這兩個受盡折磨的露陰魂不散，在民宿裏徘徊不去，將房客們嚇的落荒而逃，於是他們找來道士，希望可以掃除這兩個冤鬼。
沒想到道士也被嚇的逃跑了，人妖房東的計畫失敗，女鬼的力量變得超過想像的更加強烈。3個人妖房東團結一心，準備與這兩個頑皮的不速之客宣戰，展開一場宿舍爭奪戰，到底美女與小胖妹是死于什麼原因？為什麼兩人會在民宿裏徘徊不去？
